Pre-Production:
• Before the Production starts, the following things are done to assure quality
• Lab Dips are get approved by the buyer once after receiving the PO to ensure a faster production process.
• Grading and Placement Approval for any Print or Embroidery designs are got from the buyer accordingly with the Size Ranges which will be proceeded in Bulk.
• Strike off of Print or Embroidery panels are sent for approval before the start of production for the colour, design, and dimensions.
• Trims and Accessories layout and other aspects are also reviewed and approved as per the requirement.
Production:
After the beginning of production, many Audits and Inspections are done to ensure quality.
• Grey Fabric is Inspected for correct use of counts and gauge. The grey gsm is also verified to get the expected grams per square meter in finished fabric.
• Finished Fabric is Inspected for Colours Fastness, GSM, Feel, Shrinkage and Colour Matching with the Lab Dip. This Inspection is done both Internally and with certified Labs such ah Intertek, SGS and Bureau Veritas. Many other Tests are also done such as Bursting Strength, Tensile Strength, Pilling Resistance, Water Absorption, Spirality, Care Label Verification and snap pulling Tests as per the buyers Requirements.
• Internal Size Set is made with the Bulk Fabric in all size ranges and reviewed to meet the measurements as per the Technical Chart
• The Cut Panels are also Inspected for proper shape and measurement.
• Print or Embroidery Panels are Inspected with the Approved Strike off for Colour, Design, Dimension and placement
• Trims and Packing Accessories are verified for the quality and appearance as per the approved ones.
In-line Inspection:
•In-line Inspection is done in three stages of production to maintain uniformity and quality in every garment
• A Pilot Run Inspection is done at the beginning of production. The First 10 pieces of garments in all sizes are inspected in the Production Line for workmanship, construction, shape and measurement.
• At the Mid Stage of production, our quality team does an observation in the production line, inspects the garments and prepares an Inline Report for every style to ensure the quality output. Inline Inspection is done at regular intervals in the factories.
• After the 90% of production is over, and End Line Inspection is done to ensure the uniformity of workmanship and measurement in Last Piece of Garment also
Final Inspection:
Final Inspection Plays A Vital Part In Quality Audit.
- Once The Production Of Consignment Is Done And Everything Is Packed, Final Inspection Is Carried By Our Quality Team Before The Shipment. Fi Is Done Both In Aql 2.5 And 4 With Minor, Major And Critical Defects.
- Final Inspection Is Done On The Basis Of Golden Sealer Sample And The Buyers Technical Measurement Chart.
- Garments Found Out Of The Aql Will Be Subject To Re-Inspection By The Factory And Garments With Critical Defects Will Be Rejected. The Shipment Will Be Consigned Once After Getting Approval Of The Final Inspection Report By The Buyer.
